WHAT ARE BOTOX TREATMENTS?
A neuromodulator is a drug that can temporarily relax targeted muscles, thereby gradaully smoothing facial wrinkles. Neuromodulators are made from a highly purified naturally occuring protein (Botulinum Toxin Type A). Botox works by injecting a specific amount of product into the muslce to temporaily relax specific facial muscles, leading to a smoother and more youthful apperance. It is a popular non-surgical cosmetic treatment known for its effectiveness in addressing dynamic wrinkles—those caused by repetitive muscle movements and facial expressions.

TIMING & RESULTS
Results may be noticeable a few days following treatment but the full effect takes 14 days.
A two week follow up is recommended to assess the results. Everyone's facial movements and muscles responses can vary which is why adjustments may be needed after your intital botox treatments. It's important to have a two week follow up to assess how the neurmodulator is working for you and make any necessary tweaks to achieve the desired results. We will work closely with you to ensure that the treatment is personalized to your unique needs. It's all about finding the perect balance for your individual facial expressions and allows us to ensure you're happy with the outcome!
The effects of neurmodulators are not permanent and typically last 3-4 months depeding on product used, the area treated and on your body's unique characteristics (like metabolism).
